Shipping
We are processing and shipping orders as fast as humanly possible. We currently ship on Monday and Friday. Items in stock will ship on the upcoming days. Custom products ship as soon as they are completed. We ship everything by Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Priority Mail takes 2-3 days from the time it leaves our shop until it gets to you. UPS Ground times can vary.
We cannot process your order any faster or ship it any quicker then the outline above. Thanks for your understanding in our process and schedule.
We insure all packages. Once a package leaves our hands, the liability is on the carrier.
Please contact the carrier about any delays in shipping or hang ups in transit. We can only see same tracking info that you can see.

Please make sure your address is correct. If a package is returned due to a incorrect address, you (the buyer) will be responsible to pay for a second shipment.
Free Shipping goes through USPS or the Postal Service. If you want to have your order shipped by UPS for better tracking, etc. then please upgrade the shipping.

Contact within 7days of delivery to start a return
Returns will only be accepted if an item is damaged. There are no returns on custom products. Returns are only accepted on Black and Oil Rubbed Bronze finishes
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
